Victor Lin

Victor Lin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Construction Project Manager at Thermon since November 2023 and a Leadership Advisor at Alder Group since February 2020, Victor has a solid track record of managing significant projects, including a recent contract as Project Manager during a secondment to Nutrien. Prior roles include Project Manager at Stantec and Capital Engineering, and cumulative experience at WorleyParsons where responsibilities included Senior Project Manager and Portfolio Manager in CoSyn Technology.
