Waleed Othman, PE, P.ENG, PMP has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Waleed started their career as a Project Engineer at ABB Arab Contractors for Construction (ABACON), where they reviewed electrical BOQ and design drawings, attended meetings, and prepared documents for variation orders. Waleed then worked as an Electrical Site Engineer at Depa Ltd, supervising subcontractors and overseeing the renovation project. Waleed later joined Satal Qatar Contracting W.L.L. as an Electrical Engineer, managing a team and ensuring compliance with safety codes and regulations. Waleed then transitioned to HBD Technology as a Systems Engineer, designing security systems and providing technical support. At ICM Inc, they served as an Instrumentation Specialist, reviewing diagrams, preparing specifications, and coordinating projects with the control department. Currently, they are associated with Thermon, Inc., where they have held various positions, including Lead Project Engineer, Sr. Technical Advisor, Corporate Engineering Manager, and Director of Global Project & Engineering Services. In their roles at Thermon, they have designed heat tracing systems and provided technical expertise in project management and engineering services. Waleed's experience spans areas such as electrical engineering, project management, and systems design.

Waleed Othman, PE, P.ENG, PMP has a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Alexandria University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2006. Waleed is currently pursuing a master's degree in Construction Management from the University of Houston, which they started in 2013.

In addition to their educational background, Waleed has obtained several certifications. Waleed is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since September 2016, the State of Ohio Engineers and Surveyors Board since April 2016, and the Louisiana Professional Engineering and Land Surveying Board (LAPELS) since March 2016. Waleed also holds a PMP® Certification from The Knowledge Academy, obtained in October 2015, and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in September 2015. Furthermore, they are a licensed Professional Engineer with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers since May 2015.
