Oscar Niessen has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the installation and production sectors. Since January 2025, Oscar has served as Manager Binnendienst Regio Noord at Plieger/Thermo-Noord, following a long-standing tenure as Senior Commercieel technisch medewerker and verkoper binnendienst with Thermonoord/Plieger since 2008. Prior experience includes two significant roles at Rutgers b.v. as an installation monteur from 2002 to 2007 and as an assistant installatiemonteur from 1998 to 2002, managing construction projects on-site. Earlier, at Avoplast b.v., Oscar held multiple positions, including Afdelingshoofd - lamineerder, overseeing the laminating department, and serving as magazijnmeester and ploegleider in production operations. Education includes various technical qualifications, culminating in a Solar-Specialist degree from Switch2Solar in 2021.
