Richard Coupe is the National Operations Director at Thermosash. Richard has over 17 years of experience in the construction industry. Richard has worked as a facade manager, design coordinator, project engineer, and site manager. Richard has worked on various high-profile projects, such as the University of Auckland's 302 Building and the Commercial Bay Project.

Richard Coupe's educational career began at Bishop Dwenger High School. Richard then attended Purdue University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering & Management.
