Greg Steele

Greg Steele has extensive experience in customer service and technical support across various industries. Currently serving as an Inside Technical Service Specialist at ThermoSpas Hot Tub Products, Inc. since October 2021, Greg assists customers and service contractors with repairs and improvements. Previous experience includes roles as a Customer Service Specialist at RFS - Radio Frequency Systems, and a Business Development Executive at World Fulfillment, where Greg collaborated with logistics coordinators to facilitate global shipping operations. Additional experience includes positions at UPS as an Access Point Support Representative, Trinity Solar as an Energy and Sales Consultant, and Hartford Research Center as a Digital Video and Audio Technician. Greg served in the United States Air Force and worked as an Enumerator for the U.S. Census Bureau. Greg holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Central Connecticut State University and an additional Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University.
