Rozanne Paxman

Rozanne Paxman has worked in a variety of roles since 1995. Starting as an educator for the Jordan School District, they then moved to First Security Financial Services as a PFS Corporate Sales Trainer in 1997. In 1998, they became a Program Manager for the Farm Service Administration. From 1999 to 2004, they worked for Novell in various roles, including Project Manager, Standard Product Operations Manager, Product Operations Manager, and Document Specialist. In 2004, they began working for Scrapworks as the Director of Marketing, and for Scrap Girls, LLC as Principle | Marketing Director | Business Manager & Strategist, where they launched and built an eCommerce startup into an industry leader with $13+ million in revenues. In 2012, they became Senior Business, Marketing and Web Strategist for Paxman & Paxman, LLC. In 2015, they were Digital Marketing Manager for Deseret Book, managing and executing their email marketing and increasing email revenue by 30% YoY. Since 2016, they have been Director of Customer Satisfaction and Chief Customer Advocate for ThermoWorks, Inc.

Rozanne Paxman obtained a Bachelor of Music Education and Graduate Certificate in Kodaly from the University of Oklahoma between 1985 and 1987. In 2003, they obtained a Gapp Bridging Certified Business Process Manager certification from hBPM Standards International.
