Thomas Wiandt

Thomas Wiandt has been working in the field of metrology since 1989. Thomas began their career as a Metrologist at Southern California Edison and then moved on to Hart Scientific as a Metrology Manager in 1995. In 2001, they joined Fluke Calibration / Temperature Division as the Director of Metrology, Temperature. In 2014, they became an Independent Consultant at TrueCal Metrology, where they took odd jobs relating to temperature procedures, measurement challenges, and uncertainties. Currently, Thomas is the Chief Metrologist at ThermoWorks, Inc., a position they have held since 2019.

Thomas Wiandt received a BS in Interdisciplinary (Physics, Math, Technical Writing) from the New York Institute of Technology. Thomas also attended California State University, Los Angeles.
