Prior to that, they were with Mathis Instruments from January 1999 to December 2004, where they served as applications development and business development for many new markets and industries. Dale has a long history of developing applications for thermal conductivity and thermal effusivity measurement methods, and their experience in the field is vast. Dale is a highly respected figure in the industry, and their work has helped Thermtest become one of the leading companies in the world.

Dale Hume has an Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology - Aerospace from NBCC (New Brunswick Community College). They specialize in electrical and electronics engineering.
