Bryce Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Bryce started their career at Winona State University as an Expedition Leader and Outdoor Guide, where they led adventurous outdoor activities and developed leadership and critical thinking skills. Bryce also worked as a Mathematics and Economics Tutor, helping students with complex topics and developing communication and teaching skills.

Moving on to their professional career, Bryce joined Fastenal Company as a Supply Chain Analyst Intern, where they focused on purchasing and logistics, developing skills in inventory management and branch communication. Bryce later became a Distribution Center Efficiency General Intern, identifying inefficiencies and building management reports that resulted in cost savings and efficiencies using Excel and Access.

After that, Bryce worked as a Data Scientist at IBM, where they built models, created forecasts, and automated processes to support finance executives. Bryce transformed complex data into actionable insights and effectively communicated findings to stakeholders.

Next, Bryce joined Best Buy as a Decision Scientist, where they identified opportunities for the company related to product failure and developed an automated text analytics model. Bryce then moved on to the role of Senior Analyst, supporting the company's Services division and utilizing proactive analytics to drive business improvements.

Following their time at Best Buy, Bryce worked at CVS Health as a Senior Manager - Business Insights, leveraging their expertise in analytics to inform business strategies.

Currently, Bryce is employed at Thern, Inc. as a Senior Business Intelligence Manager, responsible for overseeing business intelligence initiatives.

Throughout their career, Bryce has demonstrated strong analytical and strategic abilities, effectively leveraging data to drive business outcomes and improve operations. Bryce possesses excellent communication and leadership skills, gained from their experiences in tutoring, outdoor guiding, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in various roles.

Bryce Reynolds completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics from Winona State University, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. In August 2019, they obtained the IBM Data Science Professional Certification from IBM.
