Joe Sheehan has a diverse work experience in the field of machining and programming. Joe served as the Head Programmer, Tooling Manager, and Machinist at Thern Inc. from 2010 onwards, where they oversaw the daily operations of CNC lathes, mills, and HMC's. Joe also managed training, equipment maintenance, and procurement of tools. Prior to that, Joe worked as the Shop Foreman, Machinist, and Programmer at Performance Marine and Machine from 2008 to 2010, where they were responsible for programming operations and overseeing the shop. Joe also handled on-site customer repairs and machine improvements. In 2006, they worked at Whetstone Machine as the Manager of the VMC department, Programmer, and Machinist. Joe's career began at River Valley Tool in 2004, where they worked as a Machinist. Overall, Joe Sheehan has extensive experience in machining, programming, and managing operations in various machine shops.
Joe Sheehan attended Winona Senior High School from 1998 to 2002. After completing high school, they enrolled in Minnesota Southeast Technical College from 2002 to 2004, where they pursued a 2-year degree in Tool and Die.
