Kelly Mole, Assoc. CIPD, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Impact Recruitment before transitioning to roles in the hospitality sector as an Interim Operations Manager and later as a Group Operations Manager. In 2014, they pursued a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management, achieving first-class honors from the University of Northampton. Following their degree, Kelly took on a temporary position as an HR Assistant at Bedford Borough Council in 2017. Kelly Mole - Assoc. CIPD has a diverse education history. Kelly first attended Cullen Scholefield from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained a Level 7 Certificate in HRM. Kelly then pursued a diploma in AAT Level 2/3 in Accounting at Avado from 2020 to 2021. Prior to this, Kelly attended the University of Northampton from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a BA Hons Degree in Human Resource Management. Additionally, in 1995 to 1996, they attended Northampton College, Booth Lane, where they completed a GNVQ in Advanced Business and Finance.

Lastly, they obtained a BA Hons Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Northampton in June 2017.
