Madhiseelan Ponnusamy

Madhiseelan Ponnusamy currently serves as Engineering Manager for QA Automation at theScore, having transitioned from a similar role at Blind where quality engineering efforts were led for a mobile/web team serving over 7 million users. Prior experience includes managing the QA/E portfolio as Engineering Lead at Terminal and being the first Quality Engineering resource at Nepfin, where foundational QA processes for functional and automation testing were established. Madhiseelan has further developed automation frameworks and led QA activities at Manulife and Cognizant, where skills in Agile methodologies, Salesforce application testing, and detailed project management were honed. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Information Systems & Management and a BCA in Computer Applications from Bharathiar University.
