Payton Strubhar

Payton Strubhar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as an Office Management Intern at Kings Cross Studios, where they successfully implemented promotional strategies, redesigned the website, and trained staff on a new booking system. Following this, Payton interned at JCPenney as a Merchandising/Planning & Allocation Intern. They then joined IBM as a Business Transformation Consultant, specializing in Cloud Application Innovation. Payton later worked at Goldman Sachs as a Senior Analyst in US Deposits New Product Development and Product Management. Currently, Payton is employed at theScore as a Product Manager.

Payton Strubhar attended Baylor University from 2016 to 2020, where they studied Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. In 2018, Payton also participated in a program called FIE: Foundation for International Education, focusing on Business. They have obtained several certifications, including a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in September 2020. The same month, they also obtained certifications in IBM Agile Explorer, IBM Automation Essentials, SAP Certified Application Associate - Business Process Integration with SAP S/4HANA 1909, and The IBM Way. Additionally, in August 2020, Payton attained the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM.
