The Sidebar is an open-source community initiative that democratizes voices and expertise and fosters spontaneous connections and solution-oriented conversations.

We are redefining the conference experience by transforming attendees from passive listeners into active participants. The Sidebar is a dynamic discussion series held alongside major conferences, offering an engaging alternative to traditional panel discussions. We believe that the best ideas come from conversations where everyone’s voice is heard.

Our mission is to connect a vibrant community of innovators, thought leaders, and curious minds who are passionate about exploring new ideas and shaping the future together. We provide a platform for meaningful dialogue, where attendees can share insights, collaborate, and connect in an interactive, inclusive setting.

Join us as we bring fresh perspectives to the forefront and elevate the conference experience. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or an emerging leader, The Sidebar offers a unique opportunity to engage, learn, and grow with a community that values open discussion and diverse viewpoints.

Follow us to stay updated on upcoming events, and become part of a movement that’s changing the way we think about conferences.
