Filipa Marques

Filipa Marques has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in project management, team leadership, and consulting. Filipa'smost recent position is as PMO Lead (EMEA) at Thesis, where they are responsible for implementing processes and governance for project planning and delivery. Filipa also manages relationships with key stakeholders and oversees the development of project managers and coordinators. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager and Consultant at Unit4, leading a program team and working on a flagship project for a UK university. Filipa also held positions as a Team Leader (Finance Specialist) at GSM London and Project Manager at Capita Asset Services, where they successfully managed project life cycles and coordinated with stakeholders. Earlier in their career, Filipa worked as a Project Manager, Consultant Operations Manager, Team Leader, and Debt Management Plan Sales Case Officer at Totemic, gaining extensive experience in customer service, team management, and process improvement.

Filipa Marques completed an Introduction to Securities and Investment program at The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) from 2015 to 2016, where their area of focus was in Investments and Securities. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from 2004 to 2007 at Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa. Additionally, they obtained a PRINCE2 - Foundation & Practitioner certification from QA Learning, although the exact dates of their study are unknown.
