Paul Adams

Paul Adams has extensive work experience in engineering and leadership roles. Paul is currently the Director of Engineering at Thesis since July 2021. Previously, they were the Head of Engineering for U4SM Localization & UK Education at Unit4, starting in June 2018. Prior to that, they held the positions of Manager Engineering, Business Analyst, Product Designer, and Senior Systems Developer at Unit4, with their tenure spanning from August 2001 to July 2016. In these roles, Paul was responsible for development, analysis, design, and making architectural decisions for various products and solutions. Paul also had experience in product ownership, consultation, and providing support.

Paul Adams attended Swansea University from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science. Before attending university, they completed their secondary education at Ynysawdre Comprehensive School in Bridgend. Additionally, they hold additional certifications including Certified Scrum Master from RADTAC and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer from Microsoft.
