Richard Cross

Richard Cross has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Richard currently holds the role of Senior Product Manager at Thesis since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Director at Altamar Management (Swansea) Ltd since 2009.

From 1998 to 2021, Richard worked at Unit4 as a Product Owner, where they played a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing UK admissions software for further and higher education. This software was responsible for handling university applications via UCAS.

In 1997, Richard worked as a Senior Programmer at Icon Software until May 1998. Before that, they were a Programmer at ITS Wales Ltd from July 1994 to October 1997. During their time at ITS Wales, they contributed to the development of GP clinical software, which was utilized by numerous GP practices in England and Wales.

Richard's career began as a Programmer at Swantek Computers Ltd in July 1992. During their two years at Swantek, they provided support for existing products and developed bespoke add-ons for customers.

Throughout their career, Richard Cross has gained extensive experience in product management, programming, and software development, with a focus on education, healthcare, and bespoke software solutions.

Richard Cross has a post-graduate diploma in Medical Optoelectronics from Swansea Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Aided Microelectronics, also from Swansea Metropolitan University.
