Sasha Tanase-Luca

Sasha Tanase-Luca currently serves as the Research Ops Lead at Thesis since May 2024. Prior to this role, Sasha was the UX and UXR Lead at Threshold Network and the Design Research Lead at Keep Network, where responsibilities included designing UX processes. Notable achievements include enhancing user experiences at SelfKey Foundation as Lead Product Designer and heading design initiatives at ConsenSys' Alethio. Sasha's extensive experience spans various roles, including Senior Art Director UX/UI Designer at GMP+WEBSTYLER and Senior Digital Art Director/UI Designer at Tribal Worldwide Romania, where contributions significantly shaped prominent brands. Sasha holds a Master of Architecture degree from Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urbanism, completed in 2011.
