Nathaniel Landau has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nathaniel is currently serving as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at theSkimm since November 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at different companies.
From 2016 to 2021, Nathaniel worked at New York Public Radio as the Chief Digital Officer. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the digital operations of the organization.
Before that, they served as the VP of Product at Univision Communications Inc. from 2013 to 2016, where they played a crucial role in product development.
In 2010, Nathaniel co-founded and became the CEO of Food Republic, an online consumer media company. Nathaniel successfully launched and grew the business, achieving significant revenue growth and a large readership.
Earlier in their career, they held positions at Zerve.com, where they served as the VP of Product Development, and Imaginova, where they held the roles of General Manager - Consumer Media and Vice President of Internet Operations.
Nathaniel also worked at Arch Insurance Group as the Director of Internet Products, Lead Information Architect from 2003 to 2007, and at LiveAdvice.com as the Director of Customer Experience from 2002 to 2003.
Nathaniel'scareer started at Braindock in 2001, where they served as the VP of Production and was responsible for product management and design.
In addition to their professional experience, Nathaniel also holds the position of Board Chair at the Brooklyn Waldorf School since September 2022.
Nathaniel Landau attended Beaver Country Day School from 1988 to 1992. Nathaniel then went on to study Sociology and History at Vassar College from 1992 to 1996, earning a B.A. degree.
