Kruthika Ravindran

Kruthika Ravindran has a diverse work experience. Kruthika started their career as a Brand Associate at TheSmallBigIdea in May 2016 and worked there until April 2017. Kruthika then progressed to the role of Senior Brand Associate from May 2017 to September 2017. After that, they became a Group Head from October 2017 to March 2019. Kruthika was then promoted to Senior Manager and worked in this position from April 2019 to December 2020. Currently, they hold the role of Associate Director - New Business at TheSmallBigIdea since December 2020.

In addition to their corporate experience, Kruthika also worked as a Faculty Assistant for Bharat Natyam at Sanskriti Academy Of Fine Arts from 2011 to 2015.
