Brooke Peiffer

Brooke Peiffer is an experienced recruiter currently serving as a Recruiter at The Stepping Stones Group, LLC since June 2022, and as Recruiting Partner III at Xelerate LLC since March 2022. Brooke previously held the position of Senior Recruiter at Harmony Bay Wellness from March 2022 to June 2022, and worked at ExpertCare from August 2013 to March 2022, where responsibilities included full cycle recruiting for Direct Care Workers and managing case services for 200 families. Additionally, Brooke was responsible for creating and implementing Medicaid-required training for over 600 Direct Support Professionals.
