Paige Pardee

Paige Pardee is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at The Stepping Stones Group, LLC since February 2018, Paige has previously progressed through positions including Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Generalist within the same organization. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Generalist role at Tenere Inc. and a similar position at the National Offender Management Service, where Paige successfully established a Human Resources Department. Paige's earlier career includes work as a Human Resources Specialist at Septodont, managing benefits administration and workers' compensation processes, as well as serving as an Administrative Assistant. Paige holds Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Colorado Denver.
