Rob Parsons is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Commonwealth Care Alliance. Rob has been with the company since March 2017 and is responsible for leading the coordination and management of CCA's first strategic plan. Rob also leads the creation and evolution of the New Business and Post Merger Implementation function and is the senior business sponsor for the Massachusetts Homebound COVID 19 Vaccination Program. Additionally, they lead the creation and evolution of the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) and the Performance Improvement & Management team.

Rob Parsons has a Masters of Business Administration from Boston College with a concentration in Information Technology. Rob also has a B.S. from Central Connecticut State University in Business Management. Rob Parsons went to Thayer Academy for their high school education.
