Whitney Smith Mott

Whitney Smith Mott is an experienced educational professional currently serving as the Career Services Manager at The Stepping Stones Group, LLC, where responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment and building a strong candidate pipeline. Formerly, Whitney was a Subject Matter Expert for Math K-2 at LearningMate, designing and authoring math curriculum and collaborating with other experts in the field. As an Educator and Leader at Tomball ISD, Whitney delivered differentiated instruction and integrated technology to enhance learning. Additionally, at Katy ISD, Whitney implemented strategies for diverse learners and contributed to curriculum development while being recognized as a model teacher. Whitney holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Studies from the University of North Texas.
