The company was founded in 1996 and is based in Vantaa, Finland with an additional office in Chennai, India. It has production facilities in Lappeenranta and Vaasa, Finland; Beijing and Lu'an, China; Barcelona, Spain; Hamburg, Germany; and Hudson, New Hampshire.
