Antti Rautio

Antti Rautio has extensive experience in procurement and sourcing. Antti currently holds the position of Vice President of Procurement at Yaskawa Environmental Energy / The Switch, where they lead the Procurement function and serves as a member of the Management Team. Antti is also a member of the Board of Directors at The Switch China. Prior to this, Antti worked as a Sourcing Director at the same company.

Before joining Yaskawa Environmental Energy / The Switch, Antti was the Head of Procurement at Ductor Corp. from September 2018 to December 2019.

From 2011 to 2018, Antti gained valuable experience at ANDRITZ, a wood processing company. Antti served as a Procurement Manager, responsible for procurement and development activities within the KFT division. Antti was also a member of the Extended Management Team. During their tenure at ANDRITZ, Antti held various roles, including Head of Category for electrical components, where they developed and implemented global category strategies.

Prior to ANDRITZ, Antti worked as a Sourcing Manager at WinWinD from December 2007 to September 2011. Antti was responsible for sourcing activities during this time.

Antti's career started with a research role at ABB, where they worked on the development of customer-valued services based on product life cycle information. This was part of their Master's Thesis for ABB Drives and Lappeenranta University of Technology.

Antti also gained early work experience as a Trainee at Stora Enso in 2006.

Antti Rautio completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in the years 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Industry Management from LUT University, with a duration of study from 2006 to 2007.
