Joni Rice

Joni joined the Tangram Team in 2020 as the Director of Behavior Services and Life Coaching. She brings over 15 years of experience in the Medicaid Waiver Field and has a passion for helping people live their best life and succeed in reaching their goals.

Joni received her Bachelor of Social Work Degree from Ball State University and her Master of Social Work Degree from Indiana University. Joni lives in Noblesville with her husband. They have two sons, both in college. When not working, she loves to spend time with her family and enjoying the outdoors.
