Jorge Leandro Pazos Pochettino has over 28 years of experience in the financial services industry. Jorge Leandro began their career in 1991 with Citi as a Risk Management Regional Quality Assurance Head, where they were responsible for assessing the control environment and operating effectiveness of internal controls in Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay. Jorge Leandro then moved into roles as a Pre Legal Collections Head, Mortgages Credit Initiation Head, Auto and Mortgage Loans Operations Head, Repossession Manager, and Senior Credit Analyst - Car Loans. In 2003, they joined Citibanamex as a Collections Director, where they led a 1,000-person collections organization, including directors, managers, and staff, in optimizing collections strategy for a $15B portfolio of consumer/commercial products. Jorge Leandro also served as a Senior Corporate Audit Reviewer - Consumer Banking, leading a significant audit methodology transition and engaging in change management to ensure the control environment remained strong. In 2008, they moved to Citi as a Regional Control & Compliance Director, where they oversaw the regional audit function and implemented programs to develop a culture of compliance, enhance the control environment, and provide the tools needed for branch managers to engage in continuous process improvement. In 2011, they returned to Citibanamex as a Senior Compliance & Control Director, creating and implementing the response strategy for two of their most urgent risks. In 2016, they joined Banco Santander Mexico as an Executive Director - Chief Compliance Officer (MD), directing multiple cross-functional teams in executing key compliance and risk strategy activities. In 2019, they joined Freedom Seal as a Financial Institutions Senior Consultant and ThetaRay as a Director - Subject Matter Expert, providing advisory to the Company regarding financial crime and fraud when implementing its artificial intelligence solution.

Jorge Leandro Pazos Pochettino obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Salvador in 1997 after five years of study. In 2000, they earned a Postgraduate Degree in Strategic Marketing from Escuela Argentina de Negocios, specializing in Marketing.
