Charlie Baron

Charlie Baron is the Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer at theUp.co, a company that works with over 30,000 venues across Europe to improve the way people pay for food and drink. Prior to their work at theUp.co, Charlie was the Founder of InDemand Design Limited, an agile product design and marketing agency that rapidly develops brands which jump on trends, disrupt industries and provide true value to end users. Charlie has also worked as a Product Specialist - Sales at Tesla and as a Channel Marketing Specialist - iPad, Mac, Watch and iPhone at Apple. In addition, Charlie is the Co-Founder & Head of Sales and Marketing at Isolana London and has also done an Advertising Internship at Grey London.

Charlie Baron studied Management Science (Business) at Loughborough University from 2012 to 2016. During their time at university, they were involved in Enactus, a charity fundraising organisation, and was also a member of the university's sports team and a committee member and editor of the university's magazine.
