Susanne Marie Sølvberg

Susanne Marie Sølvberg is a Human Resources Consultant at TheVIT since August 2023, offering expertise in HR, accounting, and analysis within a Norwegian competence house focused on digitalization of processes. Previous experience includes roles as a group training instructor and customer care representative at SATS from February 2017 to July 2024, a Human Resources Trainee at NAGRA for a brief period in early 2023, and a Human Resources Consultant and Intern at MyPeople AS from April 2022 to January 2023. Additionally, Susanne served in various educational support roles in Bærum kommune from August 2016 to July 2021 and worked as a shop assistant at Morris butikk in 2017. Susanne holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's degree in psychology with a focus on work and organizational psychology from the University of Oslo, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Sydney.
