Ellen Tomlinson

Ellen Tomlinson has a diverse work history, starting in 2002 as a Partnership Manager at Reed in Partnership. Ellen then moved on to roles at Remploy Ltd, including Contracts Manager, Programme Manager, and Account Manager. Ellen also worked as a Funding Consultant at Big Lottery Fund and as a Partnership Manager at Working Links. More recently, they held positions at Search Consultancy, Remploy Ltd as a Regional Business Development Manager, The Springboard Charity & Springboard UK as Head of West (Scotland), and The Wise Group as a Strategic Development Lead. Currently, they serve as a Board Trustee at withYOU. Ellen has extensive experience in business development, project management, strategic planning, and partnership building.

Ellen Tomlinson attended Kingsridge Secondary School from 1981 to 1986. Ellen then pursued a degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Sociology at the University of Glasgow from 1991 to 1993.
