Kate Isler

Kate Isler has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Kate is currently serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of TheWMarketplace, where they oversee the company's vision, business model, and financial projections. Kate has successfully raised $2 million in investments and partnered with investors and C-level executives.

Prior to that, Kate co-founded Be Bold Now in 2015, aiming to build a community of women and their allies to inspire and support each other for gender parity. Kate organized annual events, attracting sponsors such as Microsoft, SAP, Kaiser Permanente, and Deloitte.

Kate also served as the CEO of Daysaver, where they developed the company's vision and raised two rounds of seed funding. Kate successfully managed investor relations and fostered the growth of design and development teams.

Before that, Kate held various positions at Microsoft, including Senior Director Global Campaigns & Advertising, Senior Director Global Integrated Marketing, Windows Business Group, Chief of Staff, and Sales Director Mid-Market & Solutions Partners Sales (Central and Eastern Europe). In these roles, they led global marketing campaigns, managed large teams, and drove revenue growth.

In the early days of their career, Kate worked as a Marketing and Business Development Consultant at International Business Solutions, where they specialized in product distribution strategies and collateral development. Kate also managed strategic business planning and created new organizational structures.
