Angela Yuxin Men, M.D., Ph.D. is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at The Whiteoak Group, Inc. Previously, Angela Yuxin held the position of Chief Medical Officer at The Whiteoak Group, Inc. and Haichang Biotech. Prior to their roles in the private sector, Angela worked at the FDA for over 17 years, where Angela Yuxin served as a Master Reviewer and held various leadership positions in neurology and oncology products. With a background in clinical neurology, Angela has a Doctor of Medicine degree from Tianjin Medical University and completed their medical education at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine.
