Donor Relations Manager at National WWI Museum & Memorial

Susann Steiner Ogg has a long history of work experience. Susann began in 1991 as a Medical Care Cost Recovery Coordinator at the VA Medical Center in Kansas City, where they were responsible for creating and implementing billing processes and leading communications with Federal-level elected officials. In 1992, they became Co-Owner and Operator of CT Commercial Laundry, managing customer service, sales, accounting, payroll, promotion and human resources functions. In 2000, they became Co-Owner and Operator of Midwest Skylight LLC, directing operations for a building/contracting industry LLC, maintaining customer satisfaction and referrals, and managing tasks that resulted in sales growth of 43%. Finally, in 2020, they became Donor Relations Manager and Donor Stewardship Coordinator at the National WWI Museum and Memorial in Kansas City, where they are dedicated to remembering and educating the world about the Great War and its enduring impact.

Susann Steiner Ogg holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from The University of Kansas, as well as a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Communications & Human Resources/Personnel Administration from the same institution. Susann also attended Johnson County Community College from 2004 to 2005, studying Interior Design.
