Matt Hendey is the CEO and Founder of THG Automation, which provides collaborative robotic welding solutions for MIG welding operations. He is also the CEO and Founder of The Hendey Group, Inc., offering solutions from product inception to manufacturing state, with expertise in manufacturing engineering, robotic automation, and plant site operations. Additionally, he serves as the Head of Design at Spīr Bikes, developing innovative electric assist bicycles for law enforcement and utility applications. In his previous roles at North American Manufacturing and AmericanMobilePower, he handled various responsibilities in the hydraulic reservoir and fuel tank industry. With a background in Production Lead at Hartson-Kennedy Cabinet Top Co., Inc., he furthered his education at Ivy Tech Community College from 1995 to 1998.
