Steve Belle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support, warehouse management, and military operations. Currently serving as a Field Service Coordinator at Morson Technical Group since May 2024, Steve supports installers and maintainers. Concurrently, at THG LABS since April 2021, Steve has progressed from Warehouse Assistant level 3 to Warehouse Team Leader. Previously at SPC UK, Steve worked as a Production Operator, weighing chemicals for rubber compounds. With a military background, Steve has held multiple roles within HM Forces since 2001, including responsibilities as Sqms Tech, overseeing Tank Park operations and safety, and as Tank Troop Sergeant, managing tank maintenance and soldier training. Steve's education includes a Bachelor of Technology in Management Studies and various qualifications in health and safety.
