Melinda Manaut

Melinda Manaut, MBA, is an experienced property manager currently overseeing operations at Lakewood Terrace Apartments since December 2016. Concurrently, Melinda serves as an account executive at THG Sports, where responsibilities include researching Fortune 500 companies and facilitating sales of sporting event packages. Prior to these roles, Melinda held various positions at Miraval Resorts, TJ Baileys, and Black Point Capital, showcasing expertise in customer service, event coordination, and relationship management. Melinda also has a strong background in administrative support and sales from earlier roles at Pacific Guardian Center and America West Airlines. Melinda holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the same institution.
