Alister Lee is currently the Group Head of Affiliates & Partnerships at THG since August 2023, having previously served as a Senior Affiliate Partnerships Manager and Affiliate Partnerships Manager at Ello Group from August 2020 to August 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Account Executive in Finance & Utilities at We Are Discounts, where the company provided employee benefits for over 1.8 million NHS members, and as an Account Manager & Sales at deVere Group, a leading financial consultancy with a global presence. Alister began a career in marketing as a Marketing Assistant at Magma Digital Ltd and also worked as a Brand Consultant on a freelance project for The London Grooming Company. Earlier roles include part-time work as a waiter at Ego Restaurants and a college placement as a Shadow Buyer at Tom Martin & Company Ltd. Alister holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing Management from the University of Central Lancashire.
