Caroline Shorland is a seasoned public relations professional with extensive experience in the beauty and fashion industries. Currently serving as the Head of Own Beauty & Lux PR at THG since January 2021, Caroline is responsible for enhancing brand awareness through strategic communications and integrated campaigns. Previous roles include Senior Public Relations Manager and Public Relations Manager at THG, where Caroline excelled in media relations, event management, and KPI monitoring. Before THG, Caroline worked as PR and Event Manager at Amanda Wakeley, and held various positions at Parfums Christian Dior, where responsibilities ranged from event logistics to media relationship management. Caroline's foundation in PR began with internships and assistant roles at reputable companies including Burberry, Agent Provocateur, and Jaeger. Caroline holds a BA in Fashion Management from the London College of Fashion.
