Esther Fockenoy

Esther Fockenoy is an experienced professional in the beauty and retail sectors, currently serving as the Head of Global Travel Retail at THG since October 2020, where responsibilities include launching and developing the 100% Haircare business unit in Travel Retail. Prior roles at THG include Senior Sales Manager for Haircare in Eastern Europe and EMEA for Prestige Beauty Brands, alongside experience as Territory Manager for EMEA. At FOREO, Esther held the position of Key Account Manager, managing brand distribution and business expansion in the French market. Additional experience includes account management in luxury and retail at FYTE, recruitment services at Page Personnel, HR assistance at bioMerieux, as well as marketing and PR roles in various organizations. Esther holds a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce from OMNES Education.
