Jim Betts is an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in the food and cosmetics sectors. Currently serving as the Group Manufacturing Director at THG since November 2021, Jim oversees manufacturing operations across the UK, Europe, and the US. Prior roles include Head of Manufacturing at Müller UK & Ireland, where responsibilities encompassed multiple manufacturing and distribution sites, as well as General Manager at Morrisons overseeing a major manufacturing plant. With previous experience as Site Manager at Dairy Crest and roles at Lactalis Nestle and Nestle, Jim has developed expertise in continuous improvement, engineering management, and manufacturing systems. Jim holds a BA Honours degree in PE & Geography from the University of Chester.
