Marisa Shutt has over two decades of experience in the luxury and beauty retail sectors, currently serving as Managing Director for Luxury and Beauty Brands at THG since October 2015, after holding various leadership roles within the company. Prior to THG, Marisa held significant positions at Flannels.com from January 2004 to October 2015, including Head of Womenswear Buying and Womenswear Buyer. Marisa began the career as Buyer/Assistant Manager at aQuaint boutique and worked as a Merchandise Associate at BHS. Marisa holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from Sheffield Hallam University, completed between 1998 and 2001.
