B2b Operations Manager - THG Ingenuity

Nicki Porter has extensive experience in B2B operations and customer service, currently serving as the B2B Operations Manager at THG Ingenuity since November 2015, after progressing through various roles including Master Data Manager and B2B Client Services Team Leader. Nicki is responsible for managing trade orders for House of Brands accounts and monitoring team performance in the US market. Previous roles include Team Leader for Health and Beauty and Customer Relations Executive, where escalation and resolution of customer complaints were key responsibilities. Early career experience includes positions in leisure and education, with a focus on safety and instruction as a Lifeguard/Swimming Instructor for Cheshire West and Chester Council and Activity Team Leader at TUI. Nicki holds a BA Hons in Primary Education from Nottingham Trent University and has also obtained a Mental Health First Aid qualification.
