Daniel Hoover is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and solutions delivery. As Managing Partner at THH Holdings since September 2020, Daniel oversees projects that transform client visions into profitable realities through custom software and technology solutions. Previously, Daniel served as CEO and Principal Consultant at Griffin Solutions Group, leading successful data solution implementations for various clients. Daniel's career includes significant roles such as Vice-President of Solutions Development at Prommis Solutions, where operations were enhanced through data metrics, and Associate Vice-President at LandAmerica, where a key ESB system was designed for improved data exchange. Daniel holds an MBA from Virginia Tech and a BS in Computer Science from Virginia Military Institute.
