Kaitlin Leard

Kaitlin Leard is an experienced executive assistant with a strong background in supporting C-Level executives and managing complex scheduling and logistics. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Thiel Capital since July 2022, Kaitlin is responsible for coordinating schedules, preparing materials for research meetings, and organizing offsite events for the investment team. Prior experience includes over eight years at Beach Point Capital Management, where Kaitlin managed travel and events for the Head of Marketing & Investor Relations, created a community outreach program, and worked closely with executive leadership. Earlier roles include event management with Samantha Hall Events and marketing coordination at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants. Kaitlin holds a BA in Journalism-Public Relations from California State University, Chico.
