Ricardo Daley

Ricardo Daley is a trustee at Thiel College. Ricardo has over 20 years of experience in investment management, retirement planning, and business development. Ricardo has a vast knowledge of financial markets and 401(k) plan design. Ricardo is known for their ability to build rapport with individuals and company executives. In their previous role as a Senior Qualified Plan Specialist II at Equity Trust Company, they were responsible for special projects, restructuring delinquent and defaulted participant loans, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Ricardo was also responsible for acquiring new multiple participant 401(k) plans, and achieved an exceptional retention rate of 80%.

Ricardo Daley's educational career includes an MBA in finance from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, a designation/certificate in financial modeling and valuation from The Investment Banking Institute in Los Angeles, CA, and a bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration from Thiel College. Ricardo is also certified by McKinsey & Company in business strategy and problem solving, and by the State of Ohio in insurance agent, accident, health, life, variable life, and variable annuities. Additionally, they hold FINRA Series 63 and 7 certifications.
