Don Belcher

Don Belcher has a strong background in operations and supply chain management. Don served as the Vice President of Kaolin Operations at Thiele Kaolin Company starting from May 2018. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Consultant at DGB Resources from September 2017. Don also held the position of Sr. VP Operations at Utility Service Company starting from September 2011. Before that, they worked at Imerys as a Sr. Manager of Operations & Supply Chain from November 2006 to August 2011. Don's career at Imerys began in 1998 as a Plant Manager, where they worked until November 2006.

Don Belcher received their Bachelor of Science in Ceramic Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1984. Then, they pursued a Masters Level Business Administration program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 1991 to 1993.
