Previously, Ruelas held the position of Mexico Sales Manager at Preferred Compounding from August 2016 to December 2019. At Cummins Inc., Ruelas had a progressive career spanning nearly two decades, fulfilling various roles including Mexico & Central America Aftermarket Sales Director and Mexico Sales Manager. Ruelas holds a Master's degree in Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey (2001-2005) and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí (1986-1991).
