Scott Garbow

Regional Property Manager at Thies & Talle Management

Scott joined Thies & Talle Management after having worked 20 years in the Property Management industry in Wisconsin and Minnesota. He started that career while attending the University of Wisconsin – River Falls and worked most of it for a firm based in southern Minnesota. Scott has held many positions and started as a Caretaker and Maintenance Technician. With time and experience, he became a Property Manager, Regional Maintenance Supervisor, Regional Property Manager and Director of Operations. He has most recently been VP Field Operations and member of the Board of Directors of that same company for 10 years.

Scott has worked with affordable housing programs, market-rate housing, homeowner associations, senior cooperatives, manufactured home communities and commercial property in various capacities.

Scott currently holds a Minnesota Multi Housing Association “Certified Residential Manager” (CRM), National Affordable Housing Management Association “Credential for Green Property Management” (CGPM), Quadel “Assisted Multifamily Housing Manager” (AHM) and other credentials.

Scott currently oversees a portfolio of approximately 800 units in the Twin Cities metro and southern Minnesota.
