Jodie Bignall

Jodie Bignall is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience across various sectors, currently serving as CEO of the International River Foundation under Thiess since September 2019. Responsibilities encompass developing sustainable business strategies and enhancing the organization's value proposition for future growth through to 2032 and beyond. Previously, Jodie held roles at Thiess including Client Engagement Project within Growth & Strategy and Innovation and Knowledge Sharing Manager, where initiatives focused on client-centric business development and transformative innovation. Prior experience includes significant positions at Fairfax Media, including State Director for Queensland, and roles at MyCareer.com.au and The Turner Group, showcasing expertise in sales, team leadership, and market strategy development. Jodie holds an education from Queensland University of Technology and has foundational knowledge from Somerville House.
